Product Description
- Wooden Slats: The visible part of the Akupanel often consists of thinly cut wooden slats. These are typically arranged with gaps between each slat to allow sound to pass through to the underlying absorptive material.
- Acoustic Felt: Between the wooden slats, there's usually a layer of acoustic felt or fiber. This felt can be made from various materials, including PET (polyethylene terephthalate), which is often recycled. The felt layer acts as a sound absorber, trapping and dampening acoustic energy.
