UV Panels for Superior UV Protection and Clarity - 60 x 120

UV board (ultraviolet curing board) is a new type of environmentally friendly decorative board with various boards as the base material. Its surface is coated with UV light-curing paint, which is instantly cured by ultraviolet irradiation to form a dense protective film. Different from the long drying process of traditional baking paint, its core process enables efficient industrial production.

    What are PVC Panels?

PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) Panels are lightweight interior cladding materials used for walls and ceilings. They feature a hollow-core "honeycomb" structure that makes them easy to handle while providing additional thermal and acoustic insulation.

With a wide variety of surface finishes—including printing, hot stamping, and lamination—they can mimic wood, marble, or wallpaper designs with high precision.1715585125422.jpg

    Key Features & Advantages

    1. 100% Waterproof & Anti-Molding

Unlike plasterboard or wood, PVC is completely waterproof. It will not swell, rot, or harbor mold, making it the gold standard for wet environments.

    2. Lightweight & Structural Integrity

The hollow-cell structure ensures the panels are light enough for one-person installation but rigid enough to maintain a flat, smooth surface over large areas.

    3. Low Maintenance & Hygienic

The non-porous surface does not absorb dust or grease. A simple wipe with a damp cloth is all it takes to keep them looking new, which is why they are often used in commercial kitchens and hospitals.

    4. Fire Retardant

Our PVC panels are manufactured with fire-extinguishing agents. They carry a Class B1 fire rating, meaning they do not support combustion and will self-extinguish once the heat source is removed.

    5. Hidden Fastening System

The tongue-and-groove interlocking system hides all screws and nails, resulting in a seamless, professional finish that is much faster to achieve than painting or tiling.

    Comparison: Lamination vs. Printing

    • Printing: The most economical choice, offering simple patterns and a glossy finish.

    • Hot Stamping: Better color definition and metallic effects.

    • Lamination: The premium choice. A decorative film is bonded to the panel, providing a realistic texture (touchable wood grain) and the highest scratch resistance.

Buyer's Note: For ceiling applications, we recommend the 7mm or 8mm thickness to keep the structure lightweight. For wall applications, a higher PVC content (above 50%) is recommended for better impact resistance.
